The therapist is ok. The only thing is I just thought maybe we could do a little more physical exercises instead of one or two. I did have problems because I missed a day or two because the Ubers come so late when I called to get an uber even earlier so I don’t miss appointment the insurance never scheduled that ride. That was another day I missed appointment again so I got fed up and didn’t call. It’s not that I wanted to miss appointment again. My transportation always arrives early and it is not uncommon if they can slip me in earlier they can shift my appointment, but they also have a large waiting area. Access is on the West entrance.
Doctors were great no problem there but front desk was unprofessional they believe it’s funny to talk about people checking into the lobby and don’t think people can hear there loud conversations.
The staff is wonderful and very professional.
Had issues here before but Jimmy and their therapist Kendell are absolute angels as well as whoever helped that I'm unaware of. I'll be sure to thank God for them going above and beyond to help out my child. Good people you should definitely GO HERE 💯
