Worst ER experiences I’ve ever had both times coming here. The older Asian man working the front desk just laughs at you when you ask questions and won’t take you seriously.

HERE IS THE REASON THEY’RE NOT BUSY AND YOU CAN GET RIGHT IN. The black night nurse is the absolute worst. I came in with a broken foot and she asked me to walk back to my room. After pointing that out she copped and attitude and huffed when she had to get the wheel chair. I asked if she knew the reason why I was there? And off she knew why would she have me walk back on my own. She said she never knew the reason why and that the intake person wasn’t allowed to share that information with her. We all know that doctors are not always the most friendly professionals, but Dr. Darrell Ray is easily in my top 10 worst experiences with a medical professional. As a former medical student (and honestly glad I left that path), I was shocked by the complete lack of empathy and patience. There was no real effort to understand my situation or investigate what was happening. I don’t come to the ER for a walk, I come because I am in significant pain. That is exactly what the ER is for.
