This place is amazing. There were no wait times and everyone from the person at the front desk to the radiologist were friendly and kept me comfortable. The whole visit lasted about two hours which included labs and a CT scan. Will definitely come back if I ever need ER care in the future

We all know that doctors are not always the most friendly professionals, but Dr. Darrell Ray is easily in my top 10 worst experiences with a medical professional. As a former medical student (and honestly glad I left that path), I was shocked by the complete lack of empathy and patience. There was no real effort to understand my situation or investigate what was happening. I don’t come to the ER for a walk, I come because I am in significant pain. That is exactly what the ER is for. Was advised to take my toddler daughter to the emergency room by Urgent care if her oxygen levels dropped or her lips turned blue and she was struggling to breathe. What a regretful decision this was: $1100 out of pocket AFTER insurance only for them to give her large doses of advil and tylenol and "monitor" her for 20 minutes. My first time to an emergency room and i would unfortunately think twice about it in the future.
