RecommendedAwesome healthcare group been a patient of Dr Elizabeth Smith for several years now. And adding the urgent care is a bonus for continuity of care. Now if only they could get a hospital in the area for those of us who don’t live in or very near Scottsdale. I’m tired of the crappy issues with Banner both Baywood and Gateway have mondo issues in their ERs and even had problem my last admit two yrs ago at Baywood. The receptionists, doctors & medical staff are polite, sensitive & respectful of all who walk into their office. I appreciate their professionalism & their creative office decorations!
I transitioned over from another healthcare system in the valley. My first impressions were that they were very organized, clean, and running on schedule. All of my questions and concerns were answered. My physician took the time to listen to me and was very collaborative with my plan of care. I highly recommend Dr. Palich and her team.
