Things were great until one NP left. So it was 3 weeks to get an appointment, this was back in April. Here it is October, they re still short a doctor and still about three week wait for an appointment. So one NP leaves and things almost grind to a standstill. I asked HH on facebook back in April to fix the problem, get another MD, PA, NP in there to help, but nothing has changed. If you want to shirk the practice, at least inform patients so they can find other doctors.
My experience here has been absolutely terrible. They have now cancelled two appointments on me because their staff seems to be incompetent. I’ve now wasted my employers and my own time because you can’t confirm with patients that they got your call? I asked for a suggestion and they wouldn’t suggest any place except another honor health. What would make me want to come back to any of your locations after the horrible services you’ve provided?
I have been a patient here at HonorHealth Family Practice Medical Group at 3rd St and Hatcher ste 100 since 1992 and will never choose any other. I have always received the very best, thorough and most personalized individual care. The staff is outstanding as well as the providers. I have extensive experience in working myself for over 25yrs in the medical field and know good and poor care when I see it.
