Very disappointing to see how far they've fallen over the years. I felt like a number, not a customer. Waiting over an hour and a half for a pre-scheduled appointment is typical here, having my appointment cancelled and rescheduled without any notification and a lack of empathy or willingness to help from the front office was the last straw. I left this practice and WOULD NOT USE THIS OFFICE if you have the ability to choose another. Very disappointed in HonorHealth Medical Group - Gavilan Peak. Rich Anthem, AZ
