Parking terrible. Extremely long walk for people needing medical help. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about insurance. Doctor seemed pressed for time and not very receptive to my needs and questions. Already having issues with insurance denying claim. Probably first and last visit for me. Goodluck peeps and stay healthy. Best bet.
Went in for labs this morning. When the 1st tech asked if I wanted Linda to do them, I should have said yes but I wanted to give her a chance. Needless to say after 1 miss, she asked Linda to take over. Every time Linda draws, it has been painless and finished on the first try. None of the poke here and let's try the other arm. Once and done. I told her she can't ever leave! She is also friendly and has always been kind.
It was my first visit here. Stephanie at the front desk was wonderful, explaining the process well. Joni (MA) for Dr. Riaz is super caring and friendly. After completing check-in, I was called back to the exam room in less than a minute. Dr. Riaz addressed all of my concerns. Great service!
