I've been a patient of Dr. Veatch for almost nine years, and I can't say enough amazing things about her. She's patient, understanding, flexible, good listener, the list goes on! Everyone at the clinic is extremely pleasant. I'm so lucky I found this clinic.
The front office person that I encountered when I walked through the door was snotty didn’t look me in the eyes was very stiff and unemotional and didn’t give me a good feeling about the place. The doctor was just too busy, reiterating the fact that she wouldn’t write certain medications and just not really interested in my well-being. First time visiting HonorHealth cave creek facility and my first initial thought when I entered was a nice spacious place there were two working front desk ladies. I checked in and since it was my first time they checked me in and had me fill out new patient information on a tablet which was super easy, I then went back up to the front to be seen and shortly after a few minutes I was seen by a nurse who seemed nice and greeted me which made me feel a bit better since it was my first time there.
