They were able to schedule me for an initial appointment within a week of me requesting one, and then they got an endoscopy ordered for the same week. I felt like they took my concerns seriously and listened to me.
Very supportive doctors in this facility. Plus the staff is very helpful and caring. Yuriana G., on Dr. Shah's team has gone above and beyond in helping me access imaging a bit more quickly and ensure I am on the doctor's calendar for follow-ups. Highly recommend.
AVOID. The absolute WORST. Susan Morrison will try and MAKE you get a colonoscopy even though you’re being seen for chronic heartburn and have already had an upper GI with Dr. Alani at their facility. Dr Alani prescribed Pantropazole after my procedure. Susan Morrison (who is not a Dr. BTW) decided that she wanted to play God with my digestive system. DO NOT GO THERE. They cannot keep Dr’s. You will always be seen by someone you’ve never met before.
Julie Cotton is amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, caring! We were looking for a new gastroenterologist as our old one retired. I couldn’t believe all the 5 star rave reviews on Julie. After meeting her, I totally know why! She is awesome!
