Saw PA Castillo after waiting over a month and didn’t have a great experience. Terrible bedside manner. I don’t even think she asked once what I was feeling or what was going on. It was 45 min of her reading questions off the computer. Because I’ve been in so much pain for two months now with now 4 doctor visits it’s just extremely frustrating to still have no answers.. All the other staff were 10/10 but wouldn’t recommend Castillo.
This was our first appointment with Dr. Castillo, and we had a wonderful experience. The office was very organized, and I appreciated the sign outside letting patients know if any doctors were running behind. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Castillo was incredibly understanding with my elderly aunt, who was a bit stubborn about having an exam.
