Really impressed! Every interaction I had from security, staff and the doctor was so pleasant. All very nice and sympathetic. It was obvious they were happy to be there and to help make me comfortable.
My wife had a severe allergic reaction that required a trip to the emergency room after we injected her with an EpiPen. She was received quickly at HonorHealth and treated with great care every step of the way. We were pleased with the level of service from intake, diagnosis and treatment. No complaints at all.
Dr Julius Aquas is probably one of the best ER doctors I have ever been to! This doctor read my history of all hospital visits for the past week and was so thorough and had the best bedside manner! He was extremely confident, accurate, detailed and companionate!!! I cannot say enough of this man besides awesome and perfect!!!! Both nurses were so nice and attentive!! They treated me so well! If you go to an emergency room at the wrong time, you need to factor in the possibility that it'll be packed and you'll have to wait. But at 3:30 am, the ER, the ER doctors, and ER staff work like a well-oiled machine. Sure, I was there for several hours. That's because tests had to be run. EVERYBODY there, including the nice lady at the front desk made me feel like my issue was very important. Staff was friendly, and patient oriented cannot give five stars because of the wait admitted into er room around 2pm finally 1030pm finally saw dr given all clear to leave paperwork took another hour.. got home 1am..
