I was a patient here before being transferred to another hospital before being admitted. The staff here works hard and cares. People who complain about waiting for an hour have never been to an ER at a full size hospital where they would still be in the waiting room. People who complain about cost don't seem to realize that is due to insurance, not the staff deciding to give them a big bill. Health care anywhere is expensive, don't blame the staff. Was admitted today and had the best experience of my life. Janitor Jeff saw someone come in with heart complications and immediately dropped his mop to preform his heroic nursing duties. Because of his immaculate floors, the whole team was able to rush to my aid safely. The whole room stood and admired the shine as we clapped for his work. 10/10 experience, will come back again for heart issues but also to see the majestic floors Jeff has bestowed upon the world.

My daughter was brought in for projectile vomiting, yet the experience was defined by a total lack of transparency and an alarming level of hostility from the staff. Came in at 730 am on Sunday morning for a chest infection and bad nassal cold. It was not busy at all, and it took 2 hours just for a doctor to finally come in the room. Had Xrays done, and the doctor came and said the radiologist were taking over 3 hours to read Xrays. I asked to leave with out even hearing any results. Based on other reviews here, seems this Urgent Care has issues. First and last time I will ever come here.

Never coming here again. Earlier I had a choking incident and I was alone so I tried to give myself the heimlich maneuver. It's was not entirely successful. I still had a piece lodged in esophagus that was causing severe pain in my chest. I arrived about 6pm. 2.5 hours later they did an xray and a catscan. An hour later im still sitting here with no new info and still in severe pain with no one even coming to update me. I feel like im just being "gotten to when they get to me".
