Absolutely the WORST! The “Dr” came in and assessed me and literally never came back. Was told I would be put on lidocaine for a mild procedure that was extremely painful. He left the room and never came back. After an hour. The “nurses” there are so rude. Like they clearly hate their job and should not be allowed to take care of patients.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here, they were so professional and went above and beyond to help me. In particular Janette (nurse) and Jenna (PA) they were so caring and determined to provide the best care. This is the only urgent care I’ll visit in the future.

Arrived at this facility in distress and was immediately placed in a bed and attended to and monitored for almost 7 hours. Staff, including physician, were professional, efficient and caring. My first experience in an ER setting for myself, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Terrible care today. Dr Elham Kellershabrokh came into the room for 30 seconds, didn’t let me ask a single question, left, and never came back. After 4 hours, I walked out without any info but having X-rays done. There was nobody in lobby so I can’t really accept “they were busy” as an excuse. As I sat in the treatment room, I listened for hours while all the staff talked about patients in hallway (medical info and complaining; HIPPA violations everywhere. Sadly, I left knowing everyone else’s health issues, except my own.
