I found the staff to be extremely helpful! Although they did not have any openings, they took the time to ask me what I was looking for and sent me an email providing links to helpful resources.
no stars from me. rudest I've been treated over the phone in quite some time. I only asked if it were possible to tour her facility for future placement of my mother. Said she didn't have any openings and wouldn't allow me to look unless she did have an opening.
