Beautiful Parisian Inspired Bakery – Tucked away in a small offshoot of main Ballard, Honoré Artisan Bakery serves some of the finest pastries in Seattle. Rich, buttery, flaky croissants fresh of out the oven infiltrating the space is practically heaven. They also offer some unique items typically not found at other bakeries in the city. You'd Butter Get Here! – Smack-dab in the middle of a lovely Ballard neighborhood, and snuggled up on a block next to the esteemed pizza house Delancey, Honore brings people and delicious French pastries together in an elegant union that includes lots and lots of butter . Delicious Ballard Bakery and Macaroon Master – This charming Ballard bakery is a tempting spot to camp out with a book, a pastry and a steaming latte. With only 6 stools though, that can be an overly ambitious plan. That said, the pastries are fantastic - the Kouign Amann hits that perfect sweet/salty balance with sea salt and burned sugar. Citysearch Editorial Review – If this were San Francisco, with all its teensy tiny neighborhoods, the block of 70th between 15th and 14th in Ballard would be its own 'hood--a culinary destination in itself with 2009 heavyweights Delancey and Honore, plus Tarasco and A Caprice Kitchen.
