Such a great little gym with something for everyone!
HonorBound is such a special place filled with amazing people. I feel challenged, motivated, heard, and cared for every time I am there. I will never be able to show enough gratitude to all the coaches that push me to be a better version of myself.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for years and had access to phenomenal coaches and trainers and yet can still say that HonorBound is the best I’ve ever worked with. The programming is ridiculously intentional and thorough and I’ve made gains in the past year that I have only ever dreamed about. I’ve been part of Honorbound for many years, and while I once felt proud to be involved, the organization has changed in ways that are hard to overlook. Over time, I no longer felt valued—there were no regular check-ins, no meaningful follow-ups, and little effort made to support personal growth unless you fit a very specific mold. I go five times per week and I love it! They do all the thinking for me. I just show up. It's amazing to see the progress I've made. Mentally and physically.
