I waited 16 minutes past my hearing time at 8:30am plus the 10 minutes I was told to show up early because he didn't come in until the exact time of my hearing. After 8:40 had come around and it still hadn't started, I called to find out if I had missed it or not and the lady said "He just walked in at 8:30 and he's out here talking to some of the girls, I'll tell him you are waiting for him".
