I recently attended an aerial yoga class with some friends at Honor Yoga, and we had such a great experience! Megan was a fantastic instructor who took the time to explain techniques clearly and made everyone feel comfortable, supported, and safe throughout the class. I took the aerial roots with Elena, she is a very good teacher. I was able to do asanas that I have not done before, using the aerial props.

I just want to share this. I went to a yoga class with class pass. The instructor was kind, but the class felt really inaccessible for me and my anatomy, and honestly for most people there. Only about two people could keep up with the flow, and there wasn’t much attention to modifications or safe alignment cues.
