I cannot recommend Honor Yoga enough! I spent about a year taking classes here several times a week, and though I have been absent lately for personal reasons, I cannot wait to go back. I almost always go to Aerial yoga at HONOR. It is the best place to get a great stretch, unwind, be known, encouraged , loved and get a strong workout all in one class! Sounds impossible but it’s true! HONOR has a great team. Today I went to Melissa‘s restore class and it was glorious! Her music was on point. She was very available to everyone in class. I left feeling much better much more at peace, my body feeling much more balanced. That is a rare gift for me these days. Thank you, Honor Yoga.
