I have attempted on many occasions to reach this poor excuse for a business regarding a joint bankruptcy for my husband and myself. Our bankruptcy has been discharged in the federal bankruptcy court in Florida since May 5,2020. I have spoken to a young gentleman several times on the phone. I got emergency back surgery in June. August's payment, I had to defer, and tack on the end to my loan, even though i made a full payment in august. It was junes payment that needed to be tacked on the end. I made a full payment in july in august. He said no problem, several times and there wasn't an issue. This is the WORST place to ever do business. Their practices are illegal and the people that work for them are so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! I should have walked away from this place when the dealership I went to tried to charge me a higher price than what he advertised on-line. Back on May 09, 2018 I paid my car off in full 3 years early. I had to overnight them a letter with my license and debit card used to pay the car off in order to be able to trade it and to get the title within 2 weeks instead of 90 days. I did that. I received the title and that was all. It is still showing on my credit as an active account.
