Good service nice employees
We turned in our vehicle today to send to mainland and had an amazing experience. Everyone we talked to was so friendly. Passed the inspection with flying colors! They thanked us several times for reading and following the instructions. If you're shipping your vehicle, just follow the directions, vacuum like crazy, use a little duct tape to get the hard to get stuff and you should be good to go. I also highly recommend doing the Fast pass. We were in and out in under 35 min.

Process is streamlined and simple to pick up vehicles once you get notified and make an appointment. When I got there, the staff member said walk ins are accepted but not guaranteed. If I knew this I would have tried to walk in before getting notified. My car was there for a week before I got the email. Recommend you bring a jump kit. My car came from Korea and it didn't start when I stopped at the gas station to put gas. Couldn't run it long enough to charge it.
