Checked in at 0928. My appointment was at 0945. I was approved for fastpass appointment. I saw the CSR at 0951. We quickly went through my paperwork. He informed me that the inspectors go on a mandatory break 0945-1000 & at 1000 I can drive my car through the gate. Drove my car around and was approved and out by 1023. 1. Awesome no hassle experience. Staff were super professional and to the point.
Great service, professional throughout, and quick in and out for vehicle pick up.
All staff was very friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, but be prepared to wait an hour or two. The inspection crew takes lunch from 1200-1300. You can still sign in and wait, but dont expect to pick up your vehicle during this time.
