The store is extremely clean and spacious. There’s more than ample room for customers to maneuver within to look at what they want. Customer service is outstanding and approaches business that is very fair to patrons. They definitely know their products! The Kailua location is very quaint, but still has customer traffic. Stopped in to get my maui jim's repaired, Ryken was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this shop, great selection of sunglasses too.
Purchased a couple pair of glasses from the shop. One of them were Meta glasses. Tried to get the glasses paired to my phone and was completely unsuccessful. Took them back and they replaced them, connected them to my phone, updated the app to the latest version while taking me through a demo. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and especially the service. Highly recommended!
