Hopefully the segments from the west coast to Aloha Stadium will open this month as advertised. The project cost has tripled because of several unnesary delays and mismanagement. The H1 congestion would be somewhat improved. No significant traffic improvement until the downtown link is complete. Now open second segment fir about 70%. 2031 for completing the link to Ala Moana is absurd. Estimated overall cost is $20 billion.
Not accessible, no restrooms, delayed project, massively over budget. Project managers and city clearly inept.
It was an interesting experience seeing elements of Oahu that you can’t see driving.
As a visitor I can't even fined a map of where the skytrain goes !!
