Be aware of this place Forklift drivers are unloading who are speak their language or race I came to this facility in the morning second person and my truck was ready to unload they started unload who came after me and went to forklift driver told him several times say someone will come I said these drivers came now and you guys start unloading it . No response I have never seen this kind of company who’s really raciest and very poor customer service and sick of this company Stop. Stop stop bringing fright to this facility
Unloaded 2 pallets of frozen goods this morning about 720. Security Guard assigned me a door upon arrival. Backed in and was unloaded with signed BOL in hand in about 12 minutes. That’s how it should be in LTL.
People who work here is very friendly , and helpful 👍
They are a scam and a fraud as they gave me a quote and I purchased the product and it was a large product. I had given them the dimensions Before I purchased the product. Once the product arrived that they’re shipping house for some reason or another something happened. They either hit it with a forklift or not they broke the product. After they broke the product, we had the product fixed and the day before shipping they sent me an estimate for five times the amount they quoted me and the amount I had already paid I can’t e... read more
