The front desk lady is rude, the car we had was the soft top jeep but she told us not to remove the roof since it’s hard to put back on so they charge you a large chunk if you do that. The car was also dirty and not in good condition - mirrors broken for e.g. I’ve attached a photo of the back of our jeep, where there were no windows so naturally the wind brought in sand during the drive - she said she’d charge us $75 unless we clean it ourselves. I wouldn’t rent from here again.
Piece of crap vehicle, jeep had no windows, heat, had problems running. Old and rust. Still waiting for 200 deposit. If I get ripped off, BBB is being contacted, brought back w sand on floor mats, they made me clean, which cost 20 bucks.. wow DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
One of the highlights of our stay! Made exploring the island soo much fun with your Camaro. Great prices… glad we found Vicky and her staff! Made us Albertans feel welcome…Gonna rent the rumble bee next time!

Don't trust these scammers. They prey on tourists. They make you pay a high deposit and they know you're leaving the island and want spend money to come back and confront them over the deposit. They are scammers. So if you rent a car from them kiss your deposit good bye
