Was referred to Dr. Gao, in the initial meeting she told me to arrive for the 1st appointment early next week, said meeting will take 1 hour, I arrived early, waited, waited, told the receptionist twice, after 30 minutes, he was was talking to Dr. Gao, and they indicated she had another appointment in 5 minutes, and wanted me to wait again in another room while she handled the other appointment, then would put my appointment into almost a 2 hour process. Big waste of time. They need to be respectful of patients time.
