Very strange, they seem to used to be a legit tow company but now outsource. Talked to what seemed to be international call handlers instead of locals. They over charged me on the tire change and had me pay upfront, they also said no refunds if they are unable to get the job done. Very odd and took wayyy too long. Actual guy to change my tire was awesome tho. Very respectful and knew what he was doing.
They outsource to a 3rd party dispatch and pay out of Texas. Was already questionable from that. I was told to pay before their tow truck driver could be sent out. Sounds normal. Sign an agreement. Waiting a little over an hour. Get another call, "Oh, our truck drivers truck is broken down. We have to charge you 50$ more for another driver to come out and it's gonna be another 75mins before they can get there. If you want to cancel. It's gonna be 79$ for you to cancel." Sounds like a scam no?
