This is the horrible place im ever been , appointment at 6pm and wait untill 7 30 pm but not service yet !!! also IRS contact to audit they never respond the phone call or email , im glad that i never back !
Never pick up the calls, voicemail is always full, and never reply to your emails. It has been half a year now, I have no way to contact them. (I am living abroad and having hard time to contact them relating to my previous tax returns which they filed, I paid them, but on IRS system shows no record.
