By far excellent! The service, the hospitality, the quality, the freshness of the food. Crab Rangoon outstanding, nime chow amazing, shrimp rolls had large pieces of shrimp in fresh batter. The pho amazing. Wonton soup was freshly made with handmade wontons right there, outstanding. The Banh Mi was delicious, and the fried rice was also really good, packed with flavor. I’m very picky when it comes to takeout, and since moving to Fall River, I honestly hadn’t found a restaurant I really liked until yesterday. Hong Meas Restaurant definitely changed that. The food is really good, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. The dine-in area could definitely use some improvement, I’ll just leave it at that, but it’s not enough to keep me from returning. Let me start off with the atmosphere. This place just comes across as very odd. Like this was the first location they looked at and didn't care that it didn't work for what they were trying to do, but they were going to do it anyhow. It's a converted factory in the back of a residential area. The entrance has a ramp inside where there's no railing. Additionally, their floor is gross and falling apart. Watch your step!
