I made an appointment with a specific massage therapist at 8:30. I arrived at 8:27. When I arrived I saw other customers being escorted to massage rooms. I informed the lady that greeted me that I had reservation for 8:30. She shrugged her shoulders and told me no one was available. She asked me to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. I had no confidence that the wait would only be 15 minutes and there was no guarantee that the therapist that I requested would be available, so I left.
