Horrible communication. I hired them to handle my bankruptcy. They did do this and I have gotten my discharge, but they are supposed to be handling my mortgage reaffirmation with my mortgage company and they have done nothing with that and they won’t return a phone call, email or text. When you try their online chat it’s answered by a bot and it does absolutely no good. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
Derek is good and so was Amy, until I was referred to Ash Auto by them and now I am in a mess. I don’t blame them, but now Amy won’t return calls or texts- I have called for over 6 weeks and nothing. I asked for a zoom call with Derek- nothing Do not recommend this Law firm or Ash Auto
At first they were very helpful, but after I completed required class and made payment, I have not heard anything back and have reached out multiple times over the past 2 months and nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
Do not trust this firm. They harass and intimidate people with false claims of impending lawsuits. This is in an effort to trick you into hiring them . Clearly they value earning fees and not protecting people.
This law firm spammed me with material stating that I needed to file bankruptcy and that I was going to be sued for unpaid bills. The court case on the document was linked to someone with a different birth date and name. Proceed with caution when you receive something from this firm who does no research.
