The family that runs this are the rudest people I have ever met.I wanted to buy a ticket overseas,they talked to me in such a rude manner acted like I wanted it for free.If someone giving you business you need to have better customer service.I will never do business with them again.

If it were possible I would give this family run sham negative stars. The only reason they get business is the lack of competitors. The customer service is not existent, For example, I needed flight information emailed to me and was promised by the end of the day. I called back next day informing them I never received info, but they wanted to argue with me. After numerous phone calls,(they dont even have an email address!) I was able to coax a confirmation number out of the owners daughter. If possible stay away, not profess... read more
