Thanks for serving me old rice that tasted like cardboard on three separate occasions. I appreciate your service, but the food has been consistently disappointing. I hope you improve the quality because this hasn’t been a good experience.
First time ordered online from restaurant’s website for pickup. Ordered shrimp and broccoli that comes served with steamed rice and crab rangoons. Very disappointed when I got home to see no rice. I called the restaurant and they said that it does not come with rice. I tried to explain, it’s on their website menu. Both women yelling into phone that it does not!
