There is a big Language barrier problem 10 times i told dont cut my hair short but he didnt understood and cut my hair so short if u wanted to visit first explain them properly than start

Got the Japanese blowout. He was very meticulous. I am tender headed and half of the treatment I barely felt. The woman was very sweet. Update: When I was getting the treatment he over processed my hair and didn't wash it out for over 25 mins after I asked him to 3 separate times. Nearly 6 months later my hair finally stopped breaking after heavy treatment. My scalp still feels fragile. I will be going somewhere else.

I was looking for a place to get my bangs trimmed in between the full hair cut. A bang trim with shampooing here is $35 not including tip, which is more expensive than where I go downtown. I was surprised at the price bc he only trimmed my bangs. So at that price and for less than the experience I get with my usual hairdresser, I’ll definitely make that drive next time. He did a decent job otherwise! I’m just not sure if the value is there for me.
