I checked the website and called ahead to make sure they could do a straight perm and I was assured they could. I don't know what I got, but it's not a perm. My hair feels incredibly horrible, almost as if it was matted. My stylist was also super rough, pulling out my hair while straightening it and once I got home I realized he didn't wash it out properly.

There is a big Language barrier problem 10 times i told dont cut my hair short but he didnt understood and cut my hair so short if u wanted to visit first explain them properly than start

Got the Japanese blowout. He was very meticulous. I am tender headed and half of the treatment I barely felt. The woman was very sweet. Update: When I was getting the treatment he over processed my hair and didn't wash it out for over 25 mins after I asked him to 3 separate times. Nearly 6 months later my hair finally stopped breaking after heavy treatment. My scalp still feels fragile. I will be going somewhere else.
