Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant is The Best In Town The shrimp rolls are fantastic and the General Tso's Chicken is always hot and fresh.....the best in Newport News, and the Williamsburg area. Prices are fair, and service is friendly. This take-out, eat-in restaurant is highly recommended.
Close where i live This is the only reason we sometimes use this place. The lady that picks the orders is not nice and sometimes kind of rude. The food is ok though .
I had their General Tso Chicken combo and it was excellent and abundant! The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The establishment was clean and pleasant. I'll surely return and I highly recommend Hong Kong to you ... Try it for yourself!
