If you want fair food and HORRIBLE SERVICE...this is your place. If your order does not come how you ordered, they will try charging you for two orders. If you would like your sauce on the side, they charge you $2.00's (not extra sauce, just the sauce). MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING!!! Three different times I was told by my peers to write reviews on Hong Hua...THREE TIMES I WAS OVER CHARGED. A carry out order was placed and there were three things missing. The manager- DENNY, accused us of lying and said the co... read more

Good Food ......... Service and Attitude Stinks – Eaten there once and ordered to go twice. Food was good, but I won't go back. Stood at front counter several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Attitude was nasty and uncaring. They seemed to feel they could ignore me and be unfriendly and not have the business suffer, sort of a nose in the air attitude. Also - if you want fried rice with your meal instead of white, they will not do it,,,,, you have to order an entire order of fried rice for about $10 extra.

Terrible customer service. Will not return. – I have eaten at Hong Hua on several occasions and thought it might be nice to host a small wedding reception party there. Strike one-I called to ask about dates and fees. A woman took my name and number and never returned my call. Strike two-A week later, I called again and discovered my name and number was written somewhere and no one had bothered to call me back. I was told, "Please call back, it is lunch and we are VERY busy" . Okay, I'm about the throw significant business th... read more

Unusual menu When you see Chinese people hosting parties here,it has to be good, and it is. It has more variety than a typical chinese restaurant, and can get quite crowded.

Over-rated – I found that this place is highly over rated. I was expecting great food based on the reviews. What I got was mediocre carry-out . Save your money.

good Rated the best Chinese restaurant a few years ago by Hour Magazine. The food is like fancy Chinese, not your typical egg roll & won ton soup place. The prices are high and food is good. Although I prefer just a regular egg roll!

Bad food; poor service and over priced. Once was once to many times. Stay home!

Great Food, but the servers are sometimes a little rude. I had good experiences most of the time, but one time we had to wait 40 minutes for a server to come to our table. Other people that came after us already got their meals! They just got angry when we mentioned that we were waiting a while.

Yummy chinese food in a sophisticated setting – After receiving top honors for "Restaurant of the Year" in "Hour Magazine," I decided to give this non-descript roadside restaurant a try -- and I'm glad I did. I've eaten here probably eight times and only once was I disappointed with the fried rice & chicken (it smelled like a dirty wet dog, but the server was quick to replace my order). Other than that, the mushu is simply delicious, the hot& sour and eggdrop soup are fantastic and the ambiance is sophisticated and warm. Thi... read more
