First time at this office and I got home and afterwards & told my husband that I had an exceptional experience . I’m over 50 and this is the first dentist that I’ve ever been to that sat down with me in their office and discussed my health , past dentistry experience and concerns. Very much appreciated. I called the office and the front desk staff is rude. I was referred here by a family member but I’ve see Dr. Hong long time ago but she wasn’t able to do further work because she didn’t have the training in the speciality. Dr. Hong requires previous X-ray for some reason? Why can’t you just take new X-ray? Anyways the front desk staff rudely with an attitude said my insurance anthem BCBS doesn’t cover an X-ray which is odd because every other office does??
