Doctor Hong was great, but the receptionist (a young woman) was very rude. I wish Dr. Hong could have a more competent and polite receptionist.
I want to share my disappointment with my recent visit to DR Hong. I am scheduled to get an MRI, to assess my Multiple Sclerosis on Saturday, but had to go in yesterday to have my metal retainer removed before doing the MRI.I found the experience very upsetting, I was treated rudely and hurt by his actions and words.
Dr Hong is great! My husband and I both did our Invisalign here and we are happy with the service and everything :)
Dr. Hong and his team (esp. Carole!) provided excellent service and results for my son. They were always patient and worked hard to ensure that his treatment was successful. Always on time and professional. Thank you, Dr. Hong!
I’ve initially went to Dr. Hong for an Invisalign consultation. Afterwards, I’ve decided to go my Invisalign with him. He has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this whole treatment process. Also, the location has taken great safety measures in relation to covid. Would definitely recommend.
