I have used Honeyville Propane for a while now. They are always a bit more money than other suppliers around, but have always been prompt to deliver. Today I found a bill tucked into my back garage door from last week. The price per gallon had been crossed off and marked from 1.399 to 1.499. When I asked about it I was first told it was due to their truck not having the latest computer equipment. I was later told that it was because no one answered the door when the driver delivered. I am very sorry to hear of Mr. ****’s dissatisfaction. The first I was made aware of his problem with our delivery was when the BBB contacted us to notify of a review on their website. In discussion with the delivery driver, he did make attempts at multiple doors on the South, and North side of the house to contact the homeowner, with no response.
