This place looks great on social media, but the actual experience didn’t live up to it. Long wait, minimal attention to detail, and zero accountability when issues were brought up. Felt more like a money grab than a client-focused business. Plenty of better options elsewhere.
I cannot recommend AnJonai enough! She’s been doing my lashes since I moved to Charlotte 4 years ago, and I won’t go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is unmatched and my lashes come out flawless, full yet natural, everytime. She’s gentle, professional, and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Go see her…you won’t regret it!
AnJonai is a great esthetician. Her suite makes you feel like you’re at home. I have seen her for a Brazilian wax multiple times. Her waxes last the standard 4-6 weeks and are very clean and thorough.
