I had scheduled an estimate for some drainage issues. Dutch came out and said he would send a proposal. It is now almost 2 weeks after our appointment, and I haven't received anything. I called the offc twice, spoke to Rebecca who said I would have the proposal by COB the next day, but still have not received anything. If they weren't interested in the job, or were unable to complete it, they could have just said so. I also had to wait over 1 week for the apptmt to have Dutch come out. Got out Christmas tree from here! They were super friendly and helpful while we picked from their great selection! Also— they had a young man as the tree boy who was very cute!
Twice we scheduled an estimate appointment, and twice they stood us up. I need a company I can trust to do what they say they are going to do, and this one is not it.
Extremely happy with the job they did on the yard, they cleaned up a lot of ivy and did edging and mulching and it looks fantastic. Great job!!!!
