The apartment was roomy and had some good amenities. I'd like to see a shelf of some sort in the shower. The communication was really good, before, during and after the stay. However on check in I was behind a gentleman who had an issue with his entry code. The woman in the back office acted like it was a real frustration for her to go and help. Great location but there were holes in the bed sheets?
What an excellent apartment this was! I was so happy with the facilities available and the room was huge. It was a solid 10. The location is so close by to civic tram making it so easy to get around. The view from my apartment was great! Would suggest adding some warm lights to the rooms and adding dumbbells in the gym!
Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until at least an hour after our check in time, however I was compensated with free parking. The location was great, the room was good however there were stains on the coverlet on the bed (yuck), and on a spare blanket (yuck again), luckily there was a third option which appeared and smelt clean! The bathroom lacked any space or shelving to lay out a toiletries bag and the room did not have any luggage storage. All in all, it was a good stay for a night out in Newcastle
Don't go for the next six months or so; renovating the building is in progress and it's very noisy.
