Spent the day here for the team at Nova Dental / Smile Factory to perform dental surgery. Must say, I was very impressed in all aspects of my visit.. the care shown by the staff here was second to none from everyone to ensure I was informed with everything I needed to know, as well as give the best care throughout.. Dr Verma and his team including Peter and the other nurses and the admins were wonderful from the start. Performed surgical skin cancer removal from my lip with utmost attention and detail. The stitching was tiny and two weeks already fading. A brilliant surgeon. And thank god he got it in time.

I had eyelid surgery done a few months ago, and I feel that I picked the right place to have it done. It's one of the best surgeries I have ever had done, and it's made a huge difference to my face and appearance. I am so happy with the results and couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The reception staff were helpful and polite. The nursing staff on the day of my surgery were supportive, professional and made me feel comfortable and safe. Dr Verma explained every step throughout the process in great detail an did a superb job of my complicated breast surgery. The aftercare was excellent. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this service.
