Christy is INCREDIBLE! She made everything so easy. We had an initial call where she asked our preference for various aspects of the trip and then she narrowed the overwhelming options down to the ones that fit our wants best. All we had to do was say which one we liked most, and she planned everything from there! Flights, resort, insurance, etc. (And much cheaper than we could find anywhere else!) It was perfect. Christy was so easy to work with!! She took time to find out what we were envisioning then sent us lots of options to review. As we narrowed the options down, she gave more detailed descriptions about each of our favorites. Then, she coordinated everything about the travel, right down to flights! I worked with Christy to plan a 50th birthday celebration in Mexico for my husband and about 15 couples. The entire experience was completely seamless, and saved us countless hours of time. She was incredibly on point and timely with providing quotes, explaining options, answering questions, etc. Our group had a lot of caveats and unique transportation/lodging needs and she handled them flawlessly. We look forward to working with her again.
My wife and i just returned from a week in Cancun for our honeymoon and it was terific, Hotel Excaret was such a beautiful place and it exceeded our expectations we did not have to worry at all as it was all inclusive, i will be recommending to friends and family and Defenetly be reusing for future vacations
