I booked Palmroll Two Strand Twist Starter locs which requires a consultation fee ($25), all consultations are with the owner Erika, not the stylist doing your hair. During the consultation we discussed the goals i have for my hair etc. I wanted to book with Kendall because that's who my friend referred me to (Kendalls work is EXQUISITE!!), Erika let me know that my schedule did not line up with Kendalls, so she then suggested I booked with DANIELLE. A visit to the salon with Kendall is a highly recommended experience! My first appointment at this salon was on a Friday at 9 AM, and Kendall was there promptly, starting on my hair right on time. She is a pleasant and inviting professional stylist who treats your hair with exceptional care. Her gentle touch and expertise resulted in a stunning final look. I AM very impressed.
Danielle did a great job on my granddaughter's initial loc install, she very quiet, good listener, and very profesional.
She made me feel bad about my natural hair, and rushed through doing the style and then charged me more than the stated price due to saying my hair was a bad texture and too fine and too thick. I would not recommend going here.
