Had trouble with the self-service system. Waited about 15 minutes only to find out their system had failed (my credit card had been charged and then refunded, had to go through the entire process all over. PRIVACY CONCERN this system, which failed to work properly, demands you put in your phone number to place an order. Why? There's no legitimate need for them to collect personal information. The salad was very good and the workers were friendly enough but nothing I can't find other places that respect privacy.
