Fantastic CrossFit facility. Experienced and friendly coaches who care about the way you move and make sure you do movements with the right form. I had the pleasure of attending 4 classes while in my home town and had so much fun. People of Murwillumbah get behind these guys they will have you in the best shape of your life. Can't wait to visit again.

Great coaches that take the time and care to make each individual feel comfortable with the workout at what ever that level might be. Very professional and you can see the pride they have in what they do, especially when they help us reach out goals! Great community feeling and some fun and laughs along the way also.
Popped in the other day, was a awesome experience, got to sit and chat about my goals and was given really information and insight into what I want from my new gym. Thank guys!
