Ended up with a gnarly crack in our windshield. Honeycutt was very responsive and kept me in the loop the whole process. He got the windshield ordered on Thursday and installed on Monday. They made sure all of the electronics for driver safety were recalibrated and working as expected, as well. I saved money compared to Safelite and better yet, kept my money local. If you need glass work done, Honeycutt should be your first call!

I called on Thursday because my rear window was shattered. I chose this business because of the great reviews and high ratings. I provided my information, received a quote and was scheduled for Friday at 2pm. At 2:30 no one arrived or called so I called and left a message. 3:40 pm rolls around I call back, no answer. I send a text, no answer. 5 pm. No answer. 7 pm, no answer. I even had someone else call while trying to call around to other businesses. No answer. Honeycutt’s auto connection got my windshield replaced really fast. The guy was super professional and courteous. My windshield turned out to be one of the more difficult types to remove and he didn’t charge me any extra for extra work he did. His prices were definitely reasonable. I would recommend him a million times. Will also be returning for any future repairs I may need.
