I have been renting here for years. I have never had any problems. The rates are great. The only negative is I wish I had a better latch. I have problems opening and closing my latch every time. Other than that this place is great. A bit of lighting outside would be nice as well. The customer service is great too.

Honeycrisp storage has been very nice. They have very good communication skills. They texted me monthly and if I have an issue , I call and they get it taken care of. I recommend using them!

So dissatisfied with this place. We moved our stuff in this facility about two months ago and not long after we did we started seeing mice and mice droppings. I notified the manager and asked them if they spray or put out poison, their response was I think so and they could discount me for the month. I told them i would be moving my stuff quickly. I'm not sure yet how I feel about this storage facility yet. My initial reaction was a bit taken aback due to the storage having cob webs and it being dirty.. although I don't have a lot of items in there yet. I'm certain I'll have a spider issue when it comes tome to take things out of there.
