This has been an easy experience for me and my family.
Since they outsource their customer service now, you cannot get intouch with anyone local. I was there the other day grabbing a few things. There was another unit renter there waiting for the sheriffs department because his units were broken in to and robbed. I asked the sheriff if there was something i should be worried about. He stated this isn't the first or 3rd time in recent weeks that units have been broken in to. I finished up what I was doing and left. No security whatsoever! My unit was robbed and they don’t want to pay for any of it! Worst place I’ve ever seen or been to
Great customer service! The units are nice and clean. I had to move to a smaller storage unit and they were very accommodating.
