James showed me how to change the filter and how to work the thermostat properly. I appreciated the extra time and attention he took with me. James was very thorough, running several tests to ensure my unit was working properly and there were no issues. He was very nice, personable and professional.

I had a furnace check prior to the upcoming heating season as part of the Cardinal Care plan. The technician, Matt, was great! He was super friendly and, more importantly, showed me what needed extra attention and why. He also showed me the settings I needed on my thermostat to get the most out of my UV air purification system. I was very satisfied with the service.
