Matt provided an excellent service.
The gentleman who serviced us took an incredibly long time. My wife noticed him on his phone incessantly. He was pushy and implied strongly that we needed a part. Spoke to a nice fellow who agreed with our assessment and that a Mgr would call me. Tim did call, but we never spoke after I left 2 voice mails. Customer service and common sense are indeed uncommon.
