If I could give negative stars I would! My objective was to change my hair color from golden blonde to ashy base with icy highlights. I paid $20.00 for a consultation, and the stylist said she could and would do what I wanted. She canceled the first appointment on the day of. Customers that do this are charged a big fee! I have been going to Shelby K for probably 10 years and she always does a great job (despite my very particular requests). I always feel refreshed after I leave! The rest of the staff are all so friendly and always offer light refreshments!
