I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. Allie Payne, the stylist, bleached my hair twice even though I only asked for a chestnut color. On top of that, she left dye all over my forehead, ears, and neck, which was incredibly careless. Hoping to get the issue resolved, I spoke with Amy, the owner, but instead of offering to fix it, she just blamed it on my hair being previously dyed.
