I visited this clinic for the first time today. Everyone was extremely kind, made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Miguel (the dentist) was also incredible making sure i understood all the steps of the treatment. I definitely recommend them.
Can be expensive unless you're on a plan but even those tend to sting you if you need work done.
Called to try and get an emergency dental appointment and they were incredibly unhelpful as I would have to be put on a waiting list to see anybody privately… Emergency for a reason!
I've been here 3 times now with lots of work needed on my teeth after struggling to find a dentist after my NHS dentist closed. So happy I found this one. The staff are always so good and seem to be a lot more on it then my last place. Every time I've been I'm not sat around in the waitroom for ages because they've over run. Each time thyve explained in detail what they're doing and why they're doing it with the work. It's alot more comforting when your lying there and I've always felt I'm in safe hands. Talk you in to den plan then fail to deliver! Cancelled appointments on there part and the den plan cover not actually covering anything!!! I Shall be cancelling this Monday and going else where!! Edit*** As for the last cancellation it was you who cancelled on me and then proceeded to ring my partner and make arrangements with her about when I should go so on that basis I did cancel the undiscussed appointments as it is I who should have been contacted regarding this matter!!
